Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, digital direct to garment printing, digital apparel printing, and inkjet to garment printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified inkjet technology.
Much like screen printing, which has been the staple of t-shirt printing for decades, direct to garment printing offers a clean and high-quality print. Although DTG is a fairly new printing process, the technology has advanced tremendously in the past few years alone, enabling us to stand behind these products with the utmost confidence in its sustainability in the merchandising market. When printed on quality garments with high-resolution graphics, the results are truly fantastic.
Turn Times and Shipping
It requires about 2-7 business days to complete the printing orders for apparel products such as t-shirts and bags. Non-apparel items such as mugs and posters take 2-5 business days to create. Shipping times are then added. Turn times and prices depend on the product type and the delivery destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Over half of our orders are able to be shipped within 3 business days or less. We do not ship on weekends or on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
All delivery times are measured in business days. Standard delivery is not available on weekends. We work to ensure that your order is accurate and timely. We’ll follow up with an email after your package is shipped with tracking info as applicable.
Packages considered heavy or oversize by the applicable carrier, may require additional shipping charges. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes may require additional shipping charges. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Although a delay is a rare occurrence, all orders are subject to a 24 hour period for billing verification. This hold can also protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft if someone was attempting to order on your account.
International orders may take a bit longer. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air services and shall arrive via USPS Standard Post.
Orders shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories such as Guam, and the Virgin Islands are shipped by USPS and range from 6-10 business days.
FLAT RATES VS. LIVE RATES: Flat rates are the default pricing for shipping. The type of shipping method used depends on the availability and price offered by the carrier. Live rates are calculated based on the exact weight and destination of the order. They are the only shipping methods that offer express options, such as FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx International rates. Live rates may be less in cost than the flat rates, especially for international orders.
Some products might be shipped separately. Each item we ship may have different printing completion times and delivery times – and some products need to be packaged and shipped separately – such as posters in durable tubes, shirts in poly shipping bags, and mugs in sturdy boxes.
Shipping prices are cumulative. When calculating your shipping prices, make sure to add up the different shipping costs for all of the products ordered. An example of this: you may order a t-shirt with a flat-rate shipping price of $5.00+/-, and each additional t-shirt would add $0.75+/- for shipping. If a printed tote bag is added to the same order, it would also cost an additional $0.75+/-. However, if you choose a different type pf product – such as a mug or poster that requires different packaging – the full shipping price would vary.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern all use of the Tupelo Honey website and the products available on the website. The products offered are subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the website by GINGALLEY on behalf of Tupelo Honey – including, without limitation, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and other terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the website.
Tupelo Honey has partnered with GINGALLEY to offer merchandise for sale on its website. Any issues that may arise with a product offered on this website, its affiliate websites, or other official channels are handled exclusively by GINGALLEY for Tupelo Honey.

We have a policy of continuous product development so that we can provide you with what we consider the best design combined with best performance – thus we reserve the right to amend the specifications of products, their price, and packaging at any time, without prior notice. Before ordering, we invite you to have a close look at the product description and design.
We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that all colors and details in the website images are 100% accurate representations of the product. Exact sizes may be approximate.
LIMITED QUANTITIES: Some products, including those identified as special sale items, may be limited to the stock quantity on hand and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Payment
By placing an order through the website, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s expressed permission to utilize the card for payment.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments are quoted in U.S. Dollars. After receiving your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the details, description and price for the Products ordered together with some information on your rights to return your goods. Payment of the total price plus delivery must be made in full before dispatch of your product(s).
PAYPAL: All payments made through this website are processed through PayPal. You must accept all of the terms and conditions contained in the PayPal User Agreement and the agreements on the Legal Agreements page including the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Electronic Communications Delivery Policy.
GINGALLEY and its Partners shall not be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between Buyer and PayPal during transactions made on this website or its affiliates. If you should incur a problem with a transaction, please refer to PayPal’s User Agreement for the appropriate mediation.
SHIPPING CHARGES / TAXES AND TITLE: Any separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order confirmation form. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
All items purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to Buyer upon our delivery to the Carrier.
WARRANTY: GINGALLEY provides no separate warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding any products sold to you, the Buyer, whether express, implied, or statutory, and including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement of third party rights.
DELIVERY: We deliver to customers to most places in the World. Delivery prices are additional to the product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or the type of products. Additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.
Some products need to be packaged and shipped separately. We can not guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Flat rate delivery times are shown as an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming an order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make each delivery of product as simple as possible.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ABOUT DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG PRINTING ON APPAREL)
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. This is only a special pre-treatment solution used for printing which can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not permanent stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and our inks are water-based and eco-friendly. This allows the printed fabric to have a softer touch than traditional screen printed shirts – and they are just as durable.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EMBROIDERED HATS (CAPS AND BEANIES)
We convert each print file into a format that the embroidery process supports. This process is called digitization and it costs $20+/- per one print file. We digitize only print files that are part of an order.
Embroidery for side graphics is additional $6+/- per each side. Partial and full 3D puff is extra $3+/-. The maximum number of colors for 3D puff is 2, and for for flat embroidery it is a maximum of 4 colors. If you mix 3D puff and flat embroidery the total amount of colors per file should not exceed 4 colors. We do not offer 3D puff on the side of hats. Both 3D Puff & Flat – the stroke shall be no less than 4pt. All objects with 3D puff must have at least one diameter that is less than 0.5″. The minimum thickness for objects that are 3-D puff is 0.25″. Due to the highly elastic nature of beanies and slouch beanies, the designs may not be perfectly uniform or justified.
Returns Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it is not possible edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some information, addresses, etc., please Contact Us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of products and credits for products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to our investigation and discretion.
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the Buyer/User upon our delivery to the Carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a Carrier for a lost shipment if Carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.
We will review replacement/return requests only (a) if there will be missing or broken product, or a print error if it is our fault and (b) if we receive a complaint within 14 days from the day the product was delivered (or within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, if the product is missing).

Limitation of Liability
GINGALLEY DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. GINGALLEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR STATUTORY DAMAGES. BUYER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, GINGALLEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER / BUYER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
RELEASE: You release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: If a dispute arises between you and GINGALLEY, we strongly encourage you to first Contact Us directly to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation. These terms and conditions shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina as those laws are applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in South Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state or federal court in Horry County, SC, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
INDEMNITY: You will indemnify and hold Tupelo Honey and GINGALLEY (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, partners and affiliates) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
